Prodant are currently recruiting for the following roles. Following the continued success we need more excellent people to join our team and continue the growth and excellent delivery of services to our clients.
Analyst – Credit Risk. Knowledge of Scorecards, Strategies, Collections, Acquisition and multiple products. Ability to lead change and work with all levels of a business
Analyst – Call Centres. Knowledge of Call Centre systems, Agent MI, Process analysis and improvement. Ability to work within multiple industries to lead optimisation and improvements.
Trainer. Experienced trainer, CIPD (or equivalent) qualified with knowledge of either Sales or Collections. Any background considered, but target clients are within Telco, Utilities, Financial Services and BPO.
Consultant – Credit Risk. A senior position is available for the right candidate. Full Credit Risk Life-Cycle experience, comfortable working at board level and with knowledge of multiple products.
